Sandra Lemmens

Sandra Lemmens MSc studied Economics at Amsterdam Free University and started her career in recruitment at Tempo Team. She then chose a career in ICT, as commercial director of an Oracle software company. However, her interest in people and everything that motivates them resulted in a lasting change to recruitment manager at Cap Gemini in 2000, and, later, a comparable role at Accenture.

Sandra’s entrepreneurship, her result-oriented ambition and interest in people and all that moves them made her choose the switch to her own search and advice bureau in 2006: ‘Amazingly Human’. In this role, she has completed successful assignments for Essent, IBM and ASR, among others.

Her search for a further broadening of her calling, and the dynamics of an enthusiastic team inspired her to become managing partner at La Search. Her cooperation with Cees van Leeuwen stimulates her to act from her central values: courage, passion and individuality.

Sandra knows how to leverage her in-depth knowledge and years-long experience in Consultancy, Sales and Marketing,Retail,  Finance, HR and ICT. She is a professional in her chosen occupation and can make the connection with both principals and candidates. She speaks – and, more importantly, understands – the language of her principals, and knows how to make the connection with her candidates. She is able to find the right balance between the expectations of her candidates and principals, and acts as touchstone for both parties.

Sandra’s main drive is investment in personal contact. Meeting, getting to know each other, exchanging ideas, – with principals, candidates, and with colleagues. At La Search, she has found an inspiring team of people who choose to create their own futures and understand that, together, you are stronger: independently together!
